Dafna Blaschkauer

I've lived in the USA, in Portland, Oregon, home to Nike Inc.'s headquarters, where I´ve been in the role of Global Digital Product Director. I led the digital transformation strategy, spearheaded the development of new platforms, apps, and digital services, championing a culture of innovation and excellence in consumer experience.

I was the first Brazilian to act in the role of Sales Director for Asia, Pacific, and Latin America, overseeing the category strategies for Skateboarding, Tennis, Training, and Golf. In Skateboarding, I launched the first collaboration with a Brazilian athlete and local production of a SNKR, bringing visibility to the skate scene and to female athletes like Letícia Bufoni and Rayssa Leal.

In Brazil, I acted as General Manager for Nike Women into the journey to the Olympics in Rio, being responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising. Under my leadership, Brazil was recognized as a Global Best Practice, elevating Nike Women to the #1 category in Market Share and Brand. We implemented iconic experiences and activations, such as the Nike Women Victory Tour and the Casa Nike, while also offering exclusive products and enhancing the shopping experience for her in both physical and online stores.

I´ve started at Nike in the role of Sales Director for Sportswear, responsible for distribution strategy, sales channel segmentation, and fostering SNKRS culture in Brazil, bringing exclusive drops, launch calendars, the opening of a pop-up store during the World Cup, and the NikeLab line.

I began my journey at Nike as the Sales Director of Sportswear, where I was responsible for distribution strategy, sales channel segmentation, and developing the SNKRS culture in Brazil.

I was the first Sales Director and interim Country Manager for Apple in Brazil. I was responsible for launching the iPad and iPhone in retail, opening Apple Stores, Distributor Channels, Franchisers, mass retailers and specialized retail, achieving triple-digit growth, market leadership in key categories and recognition as one of the most loved brands in Brazil.

I started my career as an intern in the Education sector reaching the role of Distribution Sales Channel Lead in Brazil. I was responsible for the expansion strategy and geographic coverage, training and readiness to indirect sales team, Go-to-Market strategies for the launch of Windows, Office, Xbox and the Distributor Relationship Program. I was honored with the title of “Godmother of Distributors” and was part of the team that achieved the recognition and trophy of Best Subsidiary World Wide.
