Super Jump specializes in producing content and organizing events, lectures, mentorship programs, and corporate training aimed at high-level development and training for business owners, CEOs, C-level executives,managers and entrepreneurs. One of its main missions is to foster an innovative and "cool" learning environment in the corporate market, focusing on leadership, power skills, sales, and innovation.
In addition to in-person corporate training and lectures, the company also has a digital knowledge platform, “super jump learning” [SJ], offering trend and business content through videos, interviews, podcasts, and live streaming. The platform offers individual and corporate subscription plans, as well as products that subscribers may purchase separately.
When you register for our events or use our digital platforms, we collect personal data to facilitate our services. For purposes of this policy, we use the terms “event participants” and “platform subscribers” to differentiate the contexts in which we process personal data within the company.

The USER provides data that is collected by Super Jump's platform (portal, app, or website).

2.2.1 REGISTRATION DATA 
Full name, telephone, email, country, and municipality.

 

2.2.2 NAVIGATION DATA
IP address, registration date and time, exit date and time, device, model, operating system, country, region of updated location at the time of access, actions on the platform or website.

 

2.2.3 IMAGES, TESTIMONIALS, AND VIDEOS CAPTURED DURING LECTURES, TRAINING, AND EVENTS
For events with photographic and/or audiovisual coverage, videos and images of the environment, including the participant along with others, may be used for website and social media dissemination. If a participant expressly requests not to use their image or testimonial, Super Jump will take feasible technical measures to comply.

 

2.2.4 DATA PROVIDED INDIRECTLY OR BY THIRD PARTIES
In cases where the participant was invited by one of our partners or sponsors, personal data may be provided by this third party solely to formalize the invitation. Only the minimally necessary contact details – name, email, and phone number – are shared, with the remaining information provided directly by the data subject.

 

2.5 PLATFORM SUBSCRIBERS

2.5.1 Data provided directly by the data subject: To register on our content platform via the superju or jump plan, you will be asked for your first and last name, email, and phone number. The jump plan also requires your gender, date of birth, CPF, and address. Except for the cardholder's name and transaction details, card information is collected directly by a payment service provider and not retained or stored by us.

2.5.2 Data generated from user interaction with the platform: We collect data related to user engagement on the platform, such as videos watched, activity periods, engaged content, comments, and more.

3.1 WHAT ARE COOKIES?

4.2 Event Participant Lists 
Attendance lists may be shared with other participants and guests, containing data such as name, position, phone, and company name, to facilitate networking. Companion details are not recorded in lists under any circumstances.

 

4.3 Photographic and Audiovisual Coverage of Events
We may conduct photographic and audiovisual coverage at events, capturing speaker panels, the environment, and the attending audience. Images obtained may be shared on our site, social media, and digital platform.

 

4.4 CRM Registration
We may register event participants' personal data in our database to maintain an active client relationship. Users can request data deletion from our database at any time.

 

4.5 Sending Newsletters
Data like name and email may be used for service promotion, including event reports, information on new events, and distribution of articles and videos on our SJ content platform.

 

4.6 User Registration on the Platform
We collect personal data, such as registration information, for purposes related to platform registration and subscription to super or jump plans. Without this data, access to our content will not be possible.

Your data may be used to contact you through our communication channels, notifying and responding to your requests, feedback, and questions.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES  

6.1 The USER is solely responsible for:

  • Any and all acts or omissions carried out based on internet access to Super Jump’s Site and/or Platform;
  • Any content uploaded, sent, and/or transmitted to the Site and/or Platform;
  • Reparation for any damages, direct or indirect (including those resulting from violation of any rights of other USERS or third parties, including intellectual property rights, secrecy, and personality), caused to Super Jump, any other USER, or any third party, as a result of breaching this Privacy Policy.

6.2. In no event shall Super Jump be responsible for:

  • any act or omission carried out and/or damage caused by the USER resulting from accessing the Website and/or Platform;
  • any improper use of the Website and/or Platform by any USER or third parties and/or for the content uploaded, sent, and/or transmitted to the Website and/or Platform by USERS;
  • technical failures, limitations, or system unavailability;
  • any installation on the USER’s or third parties’ equipment of viruses, trojans, malware, worms, bots, backdoors, spyware, rootkits, or any other devices that may be created as a result of the USER’s browsing on the Internet.

 

6.3. The USER acknowledges that any and all content sent and/or transmitted to the Website and/or Platform by any USER and/or third parties in no way represents the opinion or view of Super Jump.
